We fully pump and clean your tank, removing all solids and scum.

We inspect the baffles and effluent filter to make sure everything is functioning properly. We also clean the effluent filter, which is a critical component that protects your leach field from solids. 

We provide before-and-after photos of your tank so you can actually see what was done, giving you both peace of mind and proof of service. 

If we notice any signs of damage or concern, we'll discuss repair options and offer honest recommendations on the spot.
